Metal sheet tiles “SEGMENT”
Metal sheet tiles “SEGMENT” is a special kind of product because it is made exclusively in standard dimensions or so-called “segments” – while other sheet metal products are mostly made for the required lengths. Other advantages of sheet metal tiles “Segment” include smaller prices of storing, transporting and easy for handling – when compared to other items. Metal sheet tiles are very simple to order, being that a precise measuring of the roof is mostly not necessary.
The truss of these sheet metals are designed so that they have low and high temperature resistance, and also wind, noise and ice resistance. The color selection for this product is wide, and each of them can provide a nice and a modern look. With other products, it is impossible for example, to achieve the same color of the truss and the color of the metalwork, or a combination of colors, but, with this product it can be reality.
Metal sheet tiles “BIBER”
Metal sheet tiles, or tile panels “BIBER” are exclusively meant for covering private, business and living facilities, no matter its purpose, roof or truss type. The difference between the sheet tiles “BIBER” and other roofing material mostly refer to long lasting, esthetic look, low weight, fast montage in all climatic conditions.
Making or production of sheet tiles or metal sheet tiles – we are exclusively doing according to the Swedish technology based on automated and modern production line, which is operated by only one worker. The same production line is numerically operated, while this course of production delivers products of high quality which can never be threatened with human factor.
Metal sheet tiles “BIBER” is made in standard dimensions, in fact standard width while the lengths of sheets are made according to the customers wishes and requests. The manufacturing capacity of this product is 120 m2/hour, which is more than enough to deliver orders in a very short time period.
Profiled sinus sheets “SANA”
While designing, as well as manufacturing profiled sinus sheets “SANA” – it is very important to chose the correct relation between the esthetics and static load which will give the facade the best possible characteristics. This type of relation is the best according to our static and architectural office. Profiled sinus sheets “SANA” is made exclusively on a automated – numerically operated line, which by itself guarantees a high quality of products and also a high capacity of making.
Sinus sheets “SANA” owns covering widths of 1000 mm, while the profile owns a security groove. The security groove overlaps on the last segment, which guarantees capillary waterproofing for the product.

Trapezoidal sheets
Facade trapezoidal sheets don’t have the need for big static load, so they are characterized by a low rib height and at the same time by bigger covering width. Facade trapezoidal sheets are mostly used on vertical panels. Limometal, like a company, is two types of trapezoidal facade sheets for its customers. These are: TR 20/183 and TR 15/165 – both of those facade sheets are exclusively manufactured in sheet lengths up to 10 meters.
During sudden temperature and weather changes, there’s a chance condensation will appear, on the bottom side of the sheet metal. In order to neutralize the condensation, we use the anti-condensation filc as a solution. The anti-condensation filc is applied during the manufacturing process and collects condensation which also naturally evaporates. This method of combating condensation is mostly beneficial when there’s only single-sheet tin on the roof.
Sheet metal paneling “DAMPA”
Sheet metal paneling is mostly applied during the covering of truss and facade surfaces. Sheet metal paneling is ideal for covering trusses and is characterized by extraordinary esthetic look, and by its hidden connection point.
Elements of Dampa sheets are made separately and connected with a special method with a hidden connection point. The production of sheet metal panels is done by a hydraulic bender on special lengths (according to customer’s wishes and requests) – up to 10 meters.
Types of “Dampa” sheet metals are shown on the drawings below, and its widths are standard.
Cassette”Dampa” sheets
The difference between the standard metal sheet panels “DAMPA” – cassette sheets are applying like a self-carried “sandwich” facade elements, which don’t require a subconstruction. Cassette sheets “sandwich” are ideal as outer walls in any kind of building. These products are characterized by economical manufacturing and great esthetics. Cassette sheets are self-carried, and the sheet metal grids depend on the weight of the sheets, for example, of 0,50 mm the grid is 6 meters max. Different types and kinds of facade metal sheets are available for the outer sides of the cassette sheets “sandwich”. “Dampa” is mostly used, however, self-fitting sheets “Falco” are also used, and even “TR 20” is used. The inner sheets are always staying the same.
Self-fitting profiled sheets “FALCO”
Self-fitting profiled sheets “FALCO” are mainly used as facade, truss and roofing materials. Self-fitting profiled sheets has a characteristic “do it yourself” – which means montage is very easy, simple and fast. One of the more important characteristic of this product is that the screw is always staying hidden and covered during montage. Besides this very important useful esthetic, this overlap also guarantees waterproofing.
Falco sheets are especially recommended for inner facade surfaces, on buildings with hidden trusses. In the case of a concrete attic, wooden boards will be used as a subconstruction. If the case is metal attic, in most cases, we will use the main metal construction with an eventual addition of profiles. Manufacturing of this product is done on a completely modern and automated manufacturing line which is operated by only one employee. This method of production is characterized by a very high production capacity and also provides the product the characteristics which are unreachable via classical methods of production.
Sheet rolls with a width of 625 mm enters the production line where profiled rolling is done, and after, automated cutting is performed on a special length. After a products are finished, packing can start.
Rebated sheets
Rebated sheets are very popular on trusses with a complex geometry, for example, with domes, radial trusses, half-domes and generally irregular geometry bodies and trusses with a minimal grade of ≥ 3°. Montage of rebated sheets is done exclusively with a double-falc technique, mechanically or manually while the joint material always stays under the truss.
Making of this product is performed by assistance of hydraulic benders or special benders just for rebated sheets – depending on the type or kind of the rebated tin. The developed width of one “šarne” is 500 or 625 mm. Developed width depends on the inner width of the sheet roll which is usually split longitudinally.
Šarne on those longitudinal ends are usually bent and are so prepared for double rebating. Rebated sheets are connected on the truss with the help of carriers which can be fixed or movable. Special carriers are used or so-called “hafters”. If help-hafters are used, then the dilatation of the metal sheets is available.
