• Its characteristics meet all technical requirements and its appearance provides the roof with great look and feel.

• Other manufacturers sometimes use generic ridges that would greatly spoil the professional look of the roof.

Atlantic snow guards

Line snow guards are recommended for this type of roofing.

• Snow guard installation is necessary in order to ensure the safety of people, property, and the gutter systems.

• The amount of snow guards is determined depending on the slope and length of the roof, while keeping in mind the even distribution of snow load on the roof.

• Snow guards are mounted above the place where the trapezoidal sheets are secured. This is done using the “zig-zag” system.

Anti-condensation felt

The role of anti-condensation felt is to prevent condensation from dripping due to differences in temperature above and below the roofing profiles. You’re free to choose whether or not you want your Atlantic sheets to come with the felt.

• Condensate appears on the bottom side of the sheet due to differences in temperature.

• In order to neutralize the appearance of condensate on the sheet, the application of anti-condensation felt is offered as an option in the production process.

• The condensate is collected in the anti-condensation felt and evaporates by natural ventilation.

• Anti-condensation felt is used in cases where we have a one-fold sheet roof, with no boarding.

Atlantic manufacturing

The capacity of the production line is 500 sq. meters/hour, which ensures delivery in 24 hours in most cases. You’re free to choose both the length and color of each sheet, without a change in pricing.

• Trapezoidal tiles Atlantic are made by following the example of high-standard Swedish technology, on a modern, fully automated line serviced by only one worker.

• Since the process is almost fully automated, the possibility of human error is minimal. Another advantage of this process is the production capacity: reaching a whopping 500 sq. meters per hour.

• Trapezoidal sheets Atlantic are made in unlimited lengths, according to your request. The cover width of the sheets is 1000 mm.
